Starting my career in 2011 as an apprentice mechanic, I’ve worked my way through service advising and management roles, gaining a deep understanding of both the technical and customer service sides of the automotive world. I’m passionate about connecting with people and keeping a people-centred approach in everything I do. I love all things aviation and when I'm not working, I'm always planning my next trip, always seeking the next adventure. I’ve also picked up a bit of Spanish along the way.
