Motorama Kia customers have hit the 7-7-7 jackpot with the announcement from Kia Australia of an industry leading package that sets a new standard for customer care.
With the arrival of Australia’s first comprehensive unlimited kilometre seven-year warranty coupled to a seven-year capped-price service program and seven-year roadside assist, Motorama Kia customers have even more reason to smile.
“This is yet another reason why customers will love the Kia brand,” Motorama Kia Moorooka General Manager, Tom Kennedy, said. “It’s a show of the commitment to an unrivaled customer experience that epitomises the Kia brand philosophy of delivering the power to surprise.
“This adds to the already strong line up of models for everyone in the family from the 3-door hatch Kia Rio through to the upcoming all new Kia Grand Carnival.”
The additional warranty and service benefits will also be fully transferable to subsequent owners, provided the usual conditions of the Kia Connect program have been met.
The new warranty is available for all cars sold or registered on or after October 1, 2014.
In addition, current Kia customers who have their cars under warranty will have the seven-year capped-price servicing applied automatically.
Roadside assist will also apply as long as the usual conditions (serviced by an authorised Kia Service Centre) are met.
