Not only does it show case the loyalty of customers who love the Prado, but also the long-standing loyalty behind the Toyota brand as a whole. In Australia it was the top selling SUV in 2012 with a record 17,045 deliveries.
In the past year, Motorama Toyota has sold 273 Prado's, contributing to the overall success for Toyota as a market leader. With 14 variants launched since 1996, the Prado range currently starts with a GX grade five-door family wagon which offers five to seven comfortable seats and is powered by a 3.0L engine.
Higher specified versions of the vehicle are also available in the GXL, premium VX and top of the range Kakadu which all sport seven seats and are available in the choice of turbo-diesel or a 4.0L petrol engine.
