Under general cover, you can get a mechanic to you if you have anything from a flat battery to an empty fuel tank or a major breakdown. That’s anywhere around Australia, any time of day – just ring up and we’ll sort out how you’re going to get back on the road, from a jump start or a jerry can of fuel to up to 50 kilometres of towing out in the country, and if there are any delays – we can relay any urgent messages to friends, family or colleagues waiting for you to arrive.
And under the Platinum Extra’s cover, we’ll even cover your accommodation if you’re stranded for longer than 48 hours and more than 100 kilometres away from home.
Some warranty policies have limits either as a dollar amount, or by limiting the amount of claims you can make in a year.
Of course, hopefully there aren’t that many – but with Motorama’s Five Star Warranty, you have the peace of mind that you can make as many claims as you need to under warranty. So while there is a claim limit of $2,000 per claim – if something goes wrong again within the warranty period, you don’t have to worry about extra fees or not being covered right at the time when you have other things to be worried about.

Whilst we take pride in looking after your car for every service, we also understand that for various reasons, you can’t complete every service with us. Not servicing at Motorama won’t void your warranty like some competitor warranties.
